Ellipsis Education offers JavaScript courses starting in our 6th grade course, Intro to Computer Science Applications. JavaScript continues to be used in our 7th grade course (Computer Science Applications JavaScript) and in our 9th grade course (High School Computer Science 9). The focus of these courses is to learn and implement JavaScript, a text-based programming language. JavaScript gives web pages the interactive element that engages a user. Each course includes training videos, standards map, syllabus, step-by-step lesson plans, pacing guide, assessments, slide decks, vocabulary words and definitions, and ELL supplemental teaching guides.
